Lucid - Her memories are foggy, her qualities better suited for a puppet than a Godling. She is the only denizen of this hell who can still dream, and claims to be able to see worlds beyond her own Universe.
Thawrne Ravenkurzt - Some kind of girl. Not much to say about them aside from the fact that they like to listen to music and killed a divine Beast before. Has a bad habit of eating random things they find off the floor.
Clara - A seemingly naive individual who enjoys beautiful things. Lives in a perpetual bubble in the gardens fostered by her Mother, and has little understanding of things in general.
Isaiah - Legally, Graphic Solutions: Divine Intervention Program should be mentioned every time he is brought up. It is not clear what exactly he is, but much like a group project carried by one person, his name is slapped onto every perceivable facet of the Forbidden City's history. Representative of Sunskate.
Cain Ravenkurzt - A Melliferan politician notorious for starting heated debates in council sessions. Loves to whack people like piñatas with his umbrella, boasting a 100% accuracy rate. Representative of Kua'Pur.
Pawn/Bishop - Mysterious and elusive twins who are rumoured to be the same person, though how that works is not understood. One is a Melliferan pop idol, and the other spends his time sleeping atop a mountain of corpses. Both are representatives of Victoria.
Consolidated - [What or who he was is unimportant. He's Dead.]
Cedric Archtonn - …Who?
Rutwick - A blood mage from another Universe. A raging alcoholic until he's forced to replace a role in Lucid's Universe.
Gemini - The pinnacle of Melliferan and Godling technology combined. Likes to pretend that she's a robot when she's clearly just a Mother, but why she was birthed after everyone else has died is an oddity. Really wants to see her children again.
